The Hideout is fully fenced, with electronic gate access and exterior cameras on site for security.  A pond has been installed along the southwest end of the property. We also have a playground, just north of the entrance with a swing-set, monkey bars and a merry-go-round (children must be supervised at all times!). We have 4 undeveloped acres fenced in with the property to the north that are walkable. The Lake Hawkins County Park, which has lake access for fishing, and a beach for swimming, is a 5-10 minute walk across the street and $5.00 per person per day, or an annual family pass can be purchased, as well. We are open to offering special events at the Hideout, including private parties.  We have a commercial bounce house and a 26' blow up movie screen available for use - these items must be discussed in advance so we can prepare.  We also own a commercial building at the road that is 2500sqft (a former bar) that we converted into an event venue called "The Hangout at Lake Hawkins." This is a separate business owned by The Hideout owners and this venue can be available for events too, as scheduling permits. Pictures and rates are here.
