Micro Package

$500

1-night/1-day package that includes 2 cabins: our king 1-bedroom cabin and our queen 2-bedroom cabin (4)

Ultimate Package

$6,750

2-night/3-day (full weekend) package renting out our entire grounds (5)
Exclusive access to the adjacent venue, The Hangout, for the entire day of your event (any access to the venue the day before will cost extra)
Archway + 8 benches that can accommodate 32-40
Access to our exclusive wedding and event planner (at no additional cost)

Special Footnotes regarding Hideout Packages

We have 2 primary sites intended for a ceremony, but any site of your choice on our grounds is acceptable; we also have a playground and community firepit area that can be incorporated or utilized by your guests and supervised children.

Bride may use this space for final prep and to exit for ceremony.

Gathering space will be available 24 hours prior to event for setup. Can accommodate 25-50. Our tables and chairs may be used. This is a very casual space that is not climate controlled. It will require table covers, chair covers, decorating and coordination at your expense.

Includes either:

a) Arrival as early as 3pm day before wedding; departure by midnight day OF, or

b) Arrival as early as 11am day OF wedding; departure by 2pm day AFTER.

Includes all 5 cabins (pictured here) that can accommodate approximately 20-25 people (utilizing beds and sofas), one RV site, 8 fenced acres + endless primitive camping options, & exclusive use of all common spaces.

Special Provisions for HideoutPackages

We would love to host your event, even if it's not a wedding! Reach out to us so we can customize an event package for you. 430-443-3688

Refundable deposit of $500-$1,500 required for all wedding and event packages - this is separate from the package fee. Deposit is refunded within 30 days after event. Package payment is due in full 60 days before event. Package payment is partially refundable on a tiered structure if event is cancelled.

Any non-venue expense with use of venue planner is not included with rental. If you wish to have venue planner assist with arranging flowers, catering, photographer, etc., this will be at an additional rate negotiated with the planner.

Additional coordination for photo ops and use of pavilion space across the street at the County Park is limited but may be an option and is encouraged. There are endless beautiful sites for photos at the beach! You may call Liz to coordinate directly with the County Park at 903-769-4545.
